What to say:

Anything. Well, not anything. But most things.

Business inquiries: Anything to do with permissions, copyright, distribution, legality, security, translations, partnerships, opportunities, licensing or any of that fancy bosh. 

Subscription related: Any questions you got, or things you want cleared beforehand. I will recommend reading the T&C once before you email me, it should sort out most of your questions.

A wide conglomerate of things excluding the topics mentioned above: Hate mail, fan mail, jokes, dad jokes, knock-knock jokes, the occasional meme, corrections (typos/incorrect information) in any post, your thoughts on a post, your thought on what I should post, your thoughts on what I should not, questions about us etc. etc. you get the idea. 

Where to say what:

The comment sections and DMs of our social media accounts (linked somewhere around here) are always open but less likely to be looked at, so your best guess is to just email us.

Will I get back:

Jokes: Absolutely 

Messages of appreciation: Probably not but you should send them anyway. Just know that I read them and grinned the rest of the day. Or I might reply. You never know, guess you will have to email me to find out.

Messages of disdain: No

Business stuff: Yes and will try very hard to sound professional and serious and seem like I use Slack, but forgive me if I fall before the mark.

About your subscription: If the issue falls under my jurisdiction, like you want a discount or can’t afford it, then yes. But if the problem lies with the payment getaway or anything like that then I’m not your guy. 

When will I get back (this is starting to sound like that will you wear wigs joke):

Business stuff: I will get back to you anywhere between 24-48 hours, if I don’t, then wait another day and drop a follow up email. Do mention the reason for the enquiry in the email subject. (Note that I don’t run advertisements here, so no point emailing about that.)

Jokes: 1 hour

Anything else: I’m not really sure. You might find me emailing you back at 3 am in the night a week later or within five minutes, it really depends. But I will get back in a week’s time unless your email got lost in the woes of the spam folder. If it was of any importance, just send me an annoyed follow up.
